Happy Birthday....to me!

Last week I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday. My mom is also in town to make things extra special. It was a great day! My mom, Isabel and I headed over to Pass-A-Grille beach in the morning. It was a cloudy day, but it was still pretty by the water. We had lunch at a little restaurant right across the street from the beach. Isabel enjoyed watching and saying hi to all the seagulls that wanted a sample of our food. After lunch we spent some time walking on the beach. Isabel got pretty close to the water, but once her feet got wet by a wave she didn't want to go near the water. She still loves the sand though! She was digging in the sand in no time and had fun finding seashells. After our time at the beach we headed home and then went out for a Mexican dinner with Jason. It was delicious! Then I got to open some great presents. Thanks to everyone that sent birthday wishes!
